FormCraft is a privacy-first, client-side form builder that allows you to design forms, surveys, and questionnaires entirely in your web browser.

Key Characteristics:

• No User Accounts: You do not need to create an account to use FormCraft.
• Client-Side Only: All form data is stored locally in your browser's IndexedDB storage.
• No Server Storage: We do not collect, store, or transmit your form data to our servers.
• Optional Sharing: You may optionally share form designs via URL encoding.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use FormCraft only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the source code (unless open-sourced)
• Use the Service to design forms that collect illegal content or violate others' rights

4. Privacy and Data

FormCraft is designed to be privacy-first:

• Your Data Stays Local: All form designs are stored in your browser's IndexedDB. We cannot access this data.
• No Tracking: We do not use analytics, tracking cookies, or third-party data collection tools.
• Sharing is Optional: When you share a form design via URL, the form data is encoded in the URL itself—no server transmission occurs.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FormCraft and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Form Designs: You retain all rights to the form designs you create using FormCraft. We claim no ownership over your content.

6. Service Availability

FormCraft is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees about:

• Continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Service
• Error-free or bug-free operation
• Long-term availability of the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
