Tips before you share
- List products with their price in the option text (“Sourdough loaf — $8”) so buyers see the total as they pick.
- Use a Number field per product instead of one free-text box; tallying is much faster.
- Put the pickup or delivery cut-off in the description, not buried in a question.
- FormCraft does not take payments. Ask how they will pay, then send an invoice or payment link yourself.
Questions people ask
Can this order form take card payments?
No. FormCraft builds the form but has no payment processing or server. Ask for a payment preference and follow up with an invoice, or paste the exported HTML into a site that already has a checkout.
How do I receive orders?
Add your email in Settings: when someone submits, they get a button that opens their email app with the order filled in and addressed to you. Or set your own form endpoint so orders post straight to it.
Can I print it as a paper order form?
Yes. Open the template, switch to Preview and choose Export → Print / PDF for a clean printable sheet.
