Tips before you share
- Put the reply-by date in the description.
- Ask for guest names only if you print place cards; otherwise a number is enough.
- Offer meal choices only if the caterer needs them in advance.
- Add your email in Settings so guests can send the RSVP to you with one tap.
Questions people ask
How do guests send their RSVP back?
With your email set in Settings, the thank-you screen shows an “Email answers” button that opens the guest’s mail app with their reply pre-filled. Guests can also copy the answers into a message.
Can I see all the RSVPs in one place?
FormCraft keeps no server-side responses. For a combined list, point the form at a collection endpoint you control (a form backend service or your own script) in Settings; every submission then lands there.
Is it OK for wedding websites?
Yes. Export the HTML embed and paste it into your wedding site builder’s custom-HTML block.
