Tips before you share
- Split long registrations into steps — participant, contact, consent — so nobody faces a wall of fields.
- Use a dropdown for sessions to avoid spelling variations.
- Make photo consent a separate, optional box, not bundled with terms.
- Only collect date of birth if you need age groups.
Questions people ask
Is this registration form GDPR-friendly?
FormCraft itself stores nothing on a server. Where answers go is up to you (email or your endpoint), so you remain the data controller. Collect only what you need and explain why in the description.
Can I make it multi-step?
It already is: “New step” blocks split it into three pages with a progress bar, both in the share link and in the exported HTML.
