Tips before you share
- Don’t ask for name, email or exact job title in a small team: “Team lead in Finance” may be one person.
- Use broad bands for tenure or age, and only if you need them.
- Tell people where answers go. If you use an endpoint, say who can read it.
- Report results only in groups of five or more.
Questions people ask
Are FormCraft surveys really anonymous?
FormCraft has no accounts and never receives answers — they stay on the respondent’s device until they send them. But if the respondent emails answers back, their email address is visible to you. For true anonymity use a collection endpoint that doesn’t log IPs, or a shared drop-box process.
Can the survey creator see who responded?
Only if the questions or the delivery method reveal it. Emailed responses show the sender; anonymous endpoints do not.
