Tips before you share
- Ask for a link to a CV or portfolio rather than a file upload — FormCraft has no file storage.
- Avoid asking for age, marital status or photos; in many countries that invites discrimination claims.
- One open question about motivation tells you more than five about history.
- State the closing date in the description.
Questions people ask
Can applicants upload a CV?
No — uploads would need a server to store files, which FormCraft deliberately doesn’t have. Ask for a link (Google Drive, Dropbox, LinkedIn or a portfolio) instead.
What should a job application form not ask?
Questions about age, religion, marital status, pregnancy, disability (beyond reasonable-adjustment needs) or national origin can breach equality law in the US, UK and EU. Stick to job-related questions.
